Tick 'No' and goto question D11 ...

The question is that whether 'your current Leave to Remain' in your passport shows 'UN-AVAILABLE' ? ... Hopefully not ... if you are well within the expiry date of your HSMP Visa ... :D

Just tick "No" and move to question D11 (assuming you are still under your visa expiry date)
I can't understand why they make questions so confusing ...
