HO Ref no - Leave it null if applying for the first time
W Ref No - leave it null if first time or fill ur previous WP ref no if moving from WP to Tier1 G
PBSM Ref No: leave it null..

BUT, a better answer can be give if u give ur current visa status.

I had one year work permit visa before I swapped my visa to HSMP.

Please tell me where to get these numbers.

I can find
"Our reference" and "YOUR Reference" on work permit approval letter;
"Our Ref" and "Your Ref" on work permit visa approval letter;
"Our Reference" on HSMP approval letter;
"Our Ref" and "work permit number" on HSMP VISA approval letter.

are these numbers exactly what I am looking for?
If it is in the case, pleae can you tell me which number is which one. I got totally confused.

I am sure you should use the reference no's from HSMP VISA approval for sure..
but i will not confuse u further.. becos i shifted from WP to T1G..
i would advice u to wait for more seniors to reply

i used WP reference no in the WP ref no
i used the initial entry clearance no on top right for HO Ref no
and left the PBS ref no..
