SET(M) / ILR application and income

Post by quixote44 » Thu Jun 25, 2009 11:59 am

Hello,

On the SET(M) form it asks if either of us are working.

Why do they ask that question ? as I thought ILR was not refused for financial reasons.

We have enough money in the bank to live for over a year but we are currently unemployed.

Is there any risk that ILR will be refused as neither of us have any income at present ?

Thanks.
