I LIKE TO APPLY FOR HSMP SOON. PLEASE ADVICE:

1 SHOULD I APPLY THROUGH CONSULTANT?
MY POINTS ARE :

AGE 30 YEARS & MARRIED
EDUCATION MSc (15 POINTS)
EXPERIENCE 6 yeras including 2 years senior level (25 POINTS)
EARNING (35 POINTS)
PARTNER EDUCATION BSc & 2 years experience. (10 POINTS)

I NEED A SAMPLE OF FILLED HSMP FORM SO THAT I CAN EASILY FILL.
