Application for Naturalisaion Advice needed

Hi there,
I (and my family) are granted back dated ILR on the basis of HSMP ILR JR, now my situation is as follows:
ME: WP 25/04/2004 to 06/04/2004, HSMP 06/04/2005 till now.
My Family: Joined me 05/01/2005 (arrived in UK on visit visa) moved to HSMP dependant 6/04/2005.
We all are granted ILR from 25/09/2008.

My query is when we can apply for naturalisation as family.

As per my calculations 05/1/2010 provided you were in UK on 05/1/2005 as well.

Ofcourse you can apply yourself first and once approved your wife can apply immediately (three year residence, spouse of a British citizen).

ps i assume you had continous residence i.e wp 25/04/04 to 06/04/2005.

What was your visa status when your wife joined you in UK on 05/01/2005 ? If you had legal status then i suppose you can apply for naturalisation on 25/09/2009 so as your family.

Wife cannot apply before 05/01/2010 if they all want to apply at the same time (five year residency)

I was on work permit on 05/01/2005. My family arrived on 05/01/2005 on visit visa and we all moved to HSMP at the same time on 06 April 2005.
Another Query Is application fee is less if we apply as family or every one has to pay full fee ?
