HSMP Expiry LIMIT

Hi All,

I have HSMP (tier 1) visa till 2012. Due to personal reason I moved out of UK from the month of March’09.

Is there any condition to expiry if I am not travelling near the future? How long it is valid? Or is it I can travel before 2012 any time?

Please clarify this matter

As per guidance... you can travel back into UK till the date your visa is valid.. but when you enter with long gap there are chances that the IMMIGRATIONA officer "may" question you. that is the only problem apart from the caution you need to takecare if you are planning for ILR in future..
