I got one Account , can i used for earning proof as well as maintance fund. while I am keeping more then 1000 in my account for three months.

As long as they see it has never once dipped below 800 in the previous 3 months, that should be fine. If at any point it says it even went to £799 via transactions done through the month, it will reject. They don't say it has to be separate account.

There are tonnes of people applying who only have one account.
