Hi there

I got the same question like mataleo. I'm Polish, I arrived in the UK 08.08.2004, have been working since 31.08.2004 till present without any gaps in my employment, got registered with Worker Registration Scheme, got residence permit (issued 20.12.2005).

I want to apply for permanent residence (using EEA3 form). When I should do it - after 31.08.2009 or just before that date? I'll be grateful for any information.

Regards
Wojtek

Hi there.
I also have a question. What if I exercised treaty rights for 4 years and then I had a gap - 8mths- and then started to work again.Could I make up for that 8mths or I am just better off saying that I am self-sufficient.
regards

Hi

I think it would be ok with self sufficient option for that gap, I have seen in this forum that someone who has a gap of such a self sufficiency got the PR without private health insurance.
plz see http://www.immigrationboards.com/search ... or=suparka
these are the posts of suparka , and these posts show it but make sure send proof of self sufficiency like bank statements etc.

Wish you and your family GOOD LUCK
