Name misspelt on Residency Visa

Post by tTlla Tech » Mon Jul 13, 2009 12:46 am

Hi

My wife received a discretionary Residency Visa recently but her name had two letters missing from it. We posted it back to the case worker who issued it. Few days later we phoned the Border agency to find out how long it would take but they wouldn't give any clue as to how long it might take.

Any one know from experience or otherwise how long it could take , (we wanted to go abroad during the summer break.)

Thanks

Hi,

I had a similar problem. My husband's visa god damaged accidently and we also had to send it back, as you did, to the case worker.

It's been almost eight months now that we are waiting...
