Hi Guys,

My wife have been studied in Australia since 2000 to 2002. Now I would like to claim 5 points from my spouse because I will be the primary applicant. Does my wife needs to take the IELTS test to show that she has "competent" English in order to meet the basis requirement, then I can get the points from my spouse.
Does any one experience in this situation?
YOur response will be highly appreciated.
