Health checkup in London for Immigration

Dear All,

Can anyone help me to get the llist of clinics/Hospitals in UK who does medical checks for countries like Australia and canada Immigration(permanent).? any Links..?
I tried to search on google, but in vain

Also, any idea how much do the medical checks cost here in London...

If you are going to Canada/Australia, you can contact your local surgery. Don't know they do any medical checkup but they do provide jabs for various diseases.
