HI ALL,
I got my HSMP visa on 13/08/07 but arrived UK on 02/10/07.
my question is if my 5 year time for ILR will start from 13/08/07 or 02/10/07? i got my 3 years extension till 12/08/2012. i am worry if 5 years period starts from my arrival, then it means i have to apply again for another extension, after 3 years?
or will qualify for ILR with 5 year visa, with less than 180 days absence from uk during 5 years??????

Your ILR clock starts from the day you arrived to UK, that is 02/10/07. Thats true, you have to go for 2nd extension.
