When are you due to submit your application? What date did you first enter the UK on your current visa?

I do understand...and these documents would be relevant if you were applying shortly....but with ILR set to change if your application is some way off, this list may be out of date.
You'll need documents spanning the full 2 years. Are the documents you list spread evenly over 2 years?

My spouse visa valid date on Apr 2011.
I am confused that ....
I can only register just one time for belows 2,3,4,5,6, how can I spanning the full 2 years?

My documents list: (Pls aslo see my insert)
1- Bank statement (monthly statement, no worry)
2- NHS letter and GP card (GP card on Jan/09) (NHS letter on May/09)
3- National Insurance Number Letter (Received letter on May/09)
4- Government Gateway Letter (Received letter on May/09)
5- Provision of driving licence (Received licence on May/09)
6- Letter from Tower Hamlets for the confirm register election (Received letter on Jul/09)
7- Building society book in join name (yearly statement, start from May/09)
8- Gas statement in join name (3 months statement, start from Jun/09)
9- Passport (current and old)
10- two photos
11- Life in the uk passed certificate

I know that it's too early to ask the above questions for ILR . But, as i know that, some offical organisation need some time to process the application. So, I just want to prepare enough evident in advance. I really hope you can help.

You've missed the point. You will need (as the regulations are in 2009..anyone's guess 2011)...6 documents showing joint address.
For example:
1 x NHS card
1 x Utility bill
1 x Council Tax
1 x TV Licence
1 x Insurance certificate
1 x Telephone bill

These should be as evenly spread out as possible so you don't have any big gaps in the 2 years. You've obviously collected the documents you've mentioned in the 3 months you've been here, but you'll need more for the next 21 months.

I don't have the Utility bill , TV licence,Council Tax,Insurance certificate or Telephone bill because I am living with house which share with his two brothers.

I do not / will not have any jobs/employment letter. (payslip or P60)

I am trying to get more evidence for my further use (mobile phone statement) .

I have no ideas where can I get more evidence. Please help .

Yes a montly mobile phone bill at your address would be a good idea. My husband got granted ILR in March this year (after a 2 year spouse visa). To improve the documents that he had to submit with his application we applied for a joint AA breakdown cover on my car and got a letter enclosing both of our AA membership cards. When we went on holiday we took out a joint travel insurance policy and submitted that letter. We also opened a joint savings account. It wasn't used that much but at least the quarterly account statements came addressed to both of us.

Good luck with your application when the time comes anyway!

I've only given you those as examples...to give you an idea of the sort of documents to submit.

Remember though that ILR won't be around when you apply in 2011 and Probationary Citizenship replaces it...so the advice you're being given now may well not apply.
