Can anyone tell me what is the normal waiting time

Ok I have applied for my permanent residency in march 9th based on 10 years rule.

Student visa plus work permit together 10 years let me know how long should we wait.

Postal applications could be around 6 months easily if not more, Generally it takes longer to get ILR on 10 yr rule comparatively.
