Contact Solvit for their help. http://eumovement.wordpress.com/help-eu-solvit/

Did they give more or different details of "Evidence of exercising treaty rights"?

Yes they asked more evidence of treaty right - did not explain what?
I have already sent my self employment detail etc.
I also wrote them that letter too like you suggested last time but I think they did not like it :)
And birth certificated this time (did not ask for it last time :? )

About SOLVIT. when filling on-line form do I need to select the option
As someone self-employed? (I am self employed)

thanks

also forget to tell you.
this time for EEA2 form they ask for.

Need to see WRS:

Evidence of Treat...

Why on earth they would ask for WRS if I am self employed?? I even filled Section 5 for self employment.

it says

you have applied for a registration certificate, Unfortunately our initial assessment of your application has revealed that you have not provided all the documents we require to process your application. You area application resource additional supporting documents in the following areas

=Evidence of exercising Treaty rights in the UK.
(then written by hand on the bottom)
Need evidence over a longer period of time to prove self employment.
Also National Insurance contribution that have been paid.

Now we have only moved to UK just 2 months ago.. how long is longer period??
National Insurance contribution demand notice has not come yet so we we can do about it.
The husband Family Permit VISA is finishing 20th July :(

What are our options...
I thought EEA2 applications are forwarding looking applications, do they have to asses whether a person has been exercising treaty rights if the application is to succeed? Wouldn't that be EEA4? How dare now HO is looking behind, even when it comes to EEA1? Or shall we say that self employment is ascape goat!
Relax! and this too shall pass, secrets are like seasons, they change.

petra,

Contact your MP. Have them contact the home office. Tell them that the people who are looking at your application do not seem to know UK law and ask for a senior person to look at the case.

You are self employed so you do not need WRS.

Petra, remember this quote?...

"And don't worry about your husband's Family Permit 'finishing' on 20th July. It was just an Entry Clearance for him to enter the UK as a Family Member under EU rules. As long as he is your husband and you are exercising your treaty rights, he will not be an overstayer; even after expiry of the EEA FP! He has every right to be with you in the UK."

Your husband is legal in the UK, despite the expiry of the EEA FP. The Residence Card just confirms the right he already has! He CAN work. No worries.

While you are waiting from your MP, you might entertain submitting AGAIN along with a strongly worded letter containing extracts from their web sites HIGHLIGHTED in strong colours. I would also insist that senior officers look at the application, or you will consider suing them.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... tregister/ mentions another option
If you are exempt from registration on the Worker Registration Scheme, you can obtain a registration certificate confirming your status, although you are not obliged to do so.
