Help me! 1/8/2005 made decision, But no any result now.

Dear everyone,

my case:

application sent - 17/05/2005
credit card charged - 22/05/2005
ref. number - 043XXX
decision date - 1/8/2005

But till today, I have not received any parcel or letter from HSMP.

I inquired them, the case worker reply me E-mail below:

In reply to your email I can tell you your decision letter and documents
were sent on the 1/8/2005 by Airmail delivery which cannot be tracked. I
would also inform you that airmail delivery can take up to 12 weeks to reach its destination so I can only advise you to be patient and you should have your decision with you soon.

I am afraid they lost my all document and decision letter in the way.

I don't know what can I do now?

no idea by Airmail. but you have to wait then.

where are you located? do you know how long it usually takes to receive UK airmail in your country? in my case, it took over 2 weeks (to the philippines, was a few days later than expected), i had our postman watching out for it and made an informal enquiry at my local post office. it might help.

You may also want to add a few days to the decision point as a number of people have noted that when the decision was made isnt always when the letter was mailed. Im not sure what the process is on that, if the caseworker passes a decision off to someone else who does mailing, but that was a rather long time ago.

I application HSMP in Beijing, China. one week, it usually takes to receive UK airmail in my city. I also gave a enquiry to my local post office, but no any result because I have not got my airmail number from HSMP team.

Waiting and waiting ...

Did you try to contact HO over phone? What reply did you get?
It looks like almost two months are over in your case.

Are you going to ask for another copy of the decision letter?

What about your certificates? In the worst case, can you get duplicates from your University? What are your plans?

About my certificates, I beg it may come back in the future.

But have waiting and waiting, no any plans for me.
