Dutch embassy. It should be free if you're married to a British Citizen.

What more information do you need? You asked:
Where you would apply for a Dutch Shengen. Answer: Dutch Embassy London
How much will it cost? Answer: Free if your spouse is British Citizen.

What more 'surety' do you want? We have already advised! Apply at The Netherlands embassy for a schengen visa. It should be issued free of charge, as you have stated somewhere else that you/your spouse is on a UK spouse visa.

I hope this is enough surety for you now?

Hi
Is your spouse a British?

-If your spouse is a British
You need to provide
-Your valid passport with the visa residence on it
- Confirmed travel ticket
-Your spouse passport
- Marriage certificate
+ Application form with photo

You need to make a copies and hand them to the consulate as well.
They will give you back your spouse’s passport and your marriage certificate.
--------------
If your spouse is an EU non British and
If travelling together and you hold the new style Resident card on your passport.
You don’t need a visa to go to Holland Just carry you marriage certificate and your wife they will grant you an entry in Holland I DID confirmed it my self with the Dutch consulate in the UK and you can visit the Dutch website is advertised here:

http://www.netherlands-embassy.org.uk/p ... x.php?i=56

PS the visa is Free for the family member of an EU and granted under directive 2004/38/EC.

I hope this help
Good Luck
