Urgent treatment for review

Friends,

Can we fax offer letter for urgent treatment for review. Actually, I am faxing both application for review & urgent treatment application together.

Any idea about fax number where we can fax pls?

When I sent my review request, HSMP's fax was not working, so I just sent it through email, and called the following day to confirm they have received it.
