dependent visa for UK born child- HSMP - judicial review

I have a query and would appreciate if any one can assist.

1- i got HSMP approval in AUg 2006 came to uK in april 2006. got extension for four years (till 2011) under PBS. My first question is iswhether i am covered under Judicial review - for ILR (4 years or 5).

2 Secondly i have been blessed with baby girl, who is almost four months now i am planning to visit pakistan therefore would need a visa for her from home office, in this regard i need to know what form is used for dependent (old hsmp if covered), and what supporting documentation is required. is there any different forms for old hsmpians if i am covered under that?

3- Also what is turn around time for processing these applications & do they provide same day service ?

1. Is the dates are correct?? you got visa on Aug 2006 and come to UK on April 2006?

i initially received approval letter in aug but due to some spelling mistake twice by home office i finally got my correct letter in Nov 05 & got entry clearence in Jan 06 & came in april 2006
