I was completed 3 year bachelor program in university and they Diploma in Higher Education in computing. It is possible me to apply PSW

NO you need to get a DEGREE, no PSW on diplomas unless its Education diploma

Well why not apply for PSW as u have got Bachelors degree. Can not use diploma for PSW anymore.

u cant get PSW if ur bachelors degree is from a recognised university and is awarded within 1 year before the date of your application ...hope it helps !

The Bachlor's Degree period must have expired you can only apply within 12 months.
