Post by Rasaf » Wed Jul 29, 2009 9:42 pm

Hi,

Does anyone know what the expected waiting time would be for a Non EU spouse to be granted a visa from Pakistan to Ireland.

Rasaf, you need to restructure this question. I am unable to make much sense of it.

Do you means non-EU spouse. EU spouse like yourself don't need to wait for anything.

What waiting are you talking about, is it for the issuing of resident card or visa.

You need to be a bit more clearer with your question.

Never mind Rasaf. Visa processing sometime, or in most cases get done at the Department of Justice Immigration office in Dublin.

Have a look at this page and you will get an idea. Have you contacted the Karachi consulate? have a chat with them and see what their requirements are.

Here is the website that will give you more information about processing time.
