ILR- Criminal charge query!

I am applying for ILR form set (m)
Will i be able to obtain ILR with a criminal record for a minor offence?

Finances!

Could anyone help me? I am applying for ILR set (m) and wondered if it is a problem that i have no savings and not a healthy current account? I have a job and earn about £300.00 per week.
Also is 3 months of pay slips and bank statements enough evidence of finances?

That depends on the nature of your offence. Could you elaborate a bit on the nature of your offence. The Home Offence will ignore minor offences such a speeding fines etc. but for others you have to serve out the minimum sentence until it is cleared from your records.

Obstructing a police officer in the line of duty.
I am applying today, I have been honnest on the form and given some details. I also stated that I have pleaded not guilty, and believe that I have done nothing wrong.
