appeal allowed but dependents dismissed

Post by billy105 » Fri Jul 24, 2009 3:36 pm

hi there

I am in dilemma again. main applicant's appeal is allowed as there was £800 which was said 'there was not' by home office but depandants amount was not available fully 3 months but in final balance. the judge in tribunal determined that main applicant should be allowed but dismissed the dependants appeals but the determination follows in findings:

: I appreciate that the current balance of the account is access of £4000. However, the solution of the current applicants is to make another applications......
Does it mean that they can make fresh applications within the Uk or they have to go back to their own country ?
Could somebody please write to me as we are worried about my family members status and probable challenges ahead.

Hello Billy,

I would reckon, going back home and filling a fresh application for Dependants, as things would take really long here, while going back home would be a welcome change for you. give it a thought mate.

Regards,

M
