Had similar issue with few friend what caseworker did was removed the amount which is not matching i.e. Rs.1 here and then calculated points?
Also check whether you get enought points with January 2009?
As a final resort, get a letter from your employee mentioning gross/net salary for each month. Make sure that amount in letter matches amount in payslips. If your employer is happy, then also mention that amount differ by Rs. 1 in January which was due to the system fault.
