EEA4 application question

Is the EEA4 applications free? and as a non-eea family member of EEA member, do you have to pass the life in the UK test?

Yes, it's free. ALL EEA applications are! You don't have to do KOL test for this particular application. Only when you wish to apply for ILR/become a British citizen.

Ok thank you.....

It does not require the non-eea family member to be employed or proof of finances.. just finances of EEA sponsor, is that true also?
This application is the same as ILR?

Could you please advice which docs shall we provide for EEA4 application in order to confirm our relationships with my EU wife?
As I undestood: bills, statements, anything else?
