On a first visit to UK by any applicant(Main or Dependent); it is adviced to carry the Medical Report and X-ray for TB...

if not you need to do the same at the immigration Health center which will take anywhere between 2-3hrs of waiting time..

Absolutely, and just make sure you carry the XRay and report in your Cabin baggage and not Checkin baggage. I did the mistake and had to wait for 2 hours 3 years ago.
