Query regarding "Uplift Conversion Rates"

I am trying to calcuate my earning with "Uplift Conversion Rates".
I am from Nepal and the "general guidelines of Tier 1 (General) says the Uplift Conversion Rate for Nepal is 11.4

So if my monthly salary is Nepalese Rs. 40,000
Annual Salary = 4,80,000

So with uplifit converion: Annual Salary = 4,80,000 X 11.4 = NRs. 54,72,000

With 1 pound = 131 NRs. at the point of claim

Total earning = 54,72,000 / 131 = 41,770.99

So it qualify for £40,000 + giving out 45 points for earning.

Did I do this calculation right?

Please suggest.
