Judicial Review Policy Document

Post by HKDK » Wed Aug 05, 2009 2:09 pm

Hi All,

I am on work permit and appliying for Tier 1 General. Along with my application I am filling the visa for my wife as well. She is currently on Work permit dependant visa. Section H4 says "Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?"

Query:

Where can I find this document?
What should I tick Yes or No?

Many Thanks
HKDK

If you are switching from WP to T1 the HSMP JR does not apply to you...

The answer is simply NO! as you are just switching from WP to Tier 1.
