hi
my wife 2 years visa is runing out and want to apply for ILR,but i dont have any letter for the first year. some advice please .

I find it truly amazing that some people cannot find 6 seperate documents for ILR purposes.

Did you not think to get some documents in teh 2 yrs since your wife has been here. You knew that they would be required for ILR

I mean what were you both doing in this time?

Did you wife not register with her doctor - then a medical card will do.
Did she not enroll on an English course or at any evening classes for her ESOL - Docs from college etc will do.

Didnt your wife apply for her National Insurance No - letter from DSS etc will do.

Did you not open a bank account for her- letter from bank will do.

I could go on and on with the list.
