Work permissions under IGS

Just wanted to find out if one was previously given leave under IGS visa and would that person can work as self-employed??

yes he is allowed to do whatever he wants or if is being employed then their is no restrictions on how many hour he can do in 1 week and at the same time igs holder can be employed and self-employed as well if they want. hope that will work.
