No, there is no such rule. You can enter anytime, within visa validity.

Only problem you need to take care of is having sufficient period left for extension.

Only issue here is your time required for the settlement.. you might have to go for the second extn....

There is nothing called Second Extension. If you don't qualify after 5 years you need to switch to a visa that will help you get in next 1-2 years (work permit or fresh Tier 1).

People will Bachelors will have real tough fight coz they cannot get Tier 1 fresh and work permit will be only option. So people coming after 28 days of getting visa to UK should really think.

No where will you find second extention ... Please think
