Does anybody know if there is a body out there currently fighting for our rights and an application to overturn this ruling.......Similar to the HSMP JR

I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN AND ADD MY SUPPORT

It is highly unfair that the ukba give us a 4 year visa, then afterwards change it to 5 years. which forces us to pay more money for the 1 year ext....

Go to www.immigrantwelfare.co.uk/ I think they are going to apply for a Juducial Review on behalf of those affected, including your category.
