Did you receive determination letter from AIT. Once you get the determination letter from HO, ot would take about 10 to 12 weeks before you get a passport endoursment letter from HO and then i would take another month or so before you get the visa on your passport.

Hope that helps

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I have received letter from AIT around after a week since my hearing. It has been long time now but nothing at all...I guess I have to wait and thats the only thing I can do.

Does anyone of you know if someone has to travel incase of emergency and he/she is in my situation then what happens to his application.

Please let me know.

Thank you very much...

Hi

The inportant thing is to be sure that your file has been sent to the Appeal imlementation unit in leeds (where the letter will be sent from) by the Appeal processing unit.
Try contact the unit on this number 02089172039 they will tell you if your file has been sent to leads

You should get it pretty soon, it can seem a long wait sometimes. All the best

This number is for HO Representing Officers Unit based at Hatton Cross. You can call this number aat ny time and quote your appeal number to identify where your case is - still in the court hanging around somewhere or it has been forwarded to Leeds appeal implementation unit. But they cannot give you any clue as to when you receive the call in letter.

I don't think it is possible to contact Leeds directly. My solicitor told me it is only possible to send a fax or a letter on to them. I don't know the number but i remember someone on this forum provided it in one of the past posts (around 2-3 month ago).

Hello,

My application was refused due to maintenance fund issue I mean funds were there but bank statment which I had submitted were printouts and stamped from bank, which normally doesnt have your name on it nor address, therefore HO refused. However it took not more than 15 sec. in court when judged ruled in my favour.
