Anybody had left the country to change/switch visa status to dependant.i am just wondering , if i could go out of UK to change my status to dependant from wp...

This is possible if your main applicant (spouse) is still in UK with a valid leave to remain

my wife is in the uk since dec 2005 and her visa gets over in nov 2010(hsmp). how soon i can go and apply ? she just got a full time job. she had been working as supply teacher for 2 and half years...also my kid, who was born here, is a dependant of me. would it matter if i alone go and change the status ...

Will still work if the main applicant was outside UK

you cant do out of country better be out of world
