Simply, 180 days was not enough for me visit my family & friends outside the UK in the last 4 years time. How easy can you accept the situation that an authority is restricting your freedom/travel rights while setting every rule against you at the same time?

Nobody can blame me with fraud just because I used system gaps to spend more time with my family, relatives and friends. This is completely an innocent intention.

18.How much time period can be allowed to spend outside UK in 4 yr time period? The total allowance for period allowed to spend outside of UK in the 4 years is 180 days. Day of departure from UK and day of arrival in UK are excluded for this purposes. Also Business trips and paid annual trips are excluded from this allowance

Hi Seda,

I will advice you to request for a SAR(Subject Access Request) report which should detail all your immigration information from the DPU(Data Protection Unit) of the HO. You will have to pay for this. And it takes a few weeks to have except when there are issues in operating times at the HO. It is your right to request for this. The time I helped someone did this was about 2 years and it cost abot £10.

I hope this helps.

Do have a good day and I wish you the best in you ILR application.

Let us know how it goes after this.

Cheers.
