Hi! i need advice about appealing

Ä° have been asked what language my sponsor need by oral hearing.
For answer this quation i need (appeal number and FCO number)
Ä° dont know about my appeal number and FCO number.
How do i get to know that?
pls help!

Aren't there reference numbers on the document asking you this question? (Or is it just a question on the initial appeal proforma?)

Otherwise, there should be some reference number on the refusal form, which you could use as the "FCO number"

it was nt any reference number on the documuments but there is a reference number on refusal.
But i still dont know what the appeal number should be.
