I am applying for extension.

Cover letter
Age: passport
Qualification : Previously given with initial hsmp
Earnings: letter from employer/bank statements
UK experience: same as earnings
English: Previously given with initial hsmp
Maintanance: 3 months bank statement

Dependent extn
Passport
Maintanance: 3 months bank statement (same as mine)
Marriage certificate.

Please let me know if I am missing anything

1. Do you need to attach the PBS Summary sheet?
2. Hope you are filling seperate Applications for both of you and
3. separate covering letters for both of you
4. And trust the NET amounts in ur letter from employer are EXACTLY matching with the net credited in the BANK account..
5. Maintenance amount is min required and never fell below that required even by 1pence and even 1day during that period..

Some people are asked to provide Degree certificate even when they submitted in the initial attempt. I am in favour of submitting it again(mention it in cover letter too).

3. separate covering letters for both of you: I have one combined covering letter for both - Yes not a problem you can do it that way also..
