Will wp aplication be succesful if aplicant hasn't finished degree course but IT course which gives him internationally recognised qualifications from Microsoft - i.e. programming/software development?
It is not clear to me how are these qual. valuated?
And will my employer be more succesful if he explains why does he need my native country language fluent speaker? Will that support the application more that Micr. qualifs?
