Hi ,
I have a small query, my husband is applying for extension from HSMP-Tier1 along with 2 dependants,my query is
In Main Applicant's section 6 i.e, Summary Sheet, Should we furnish Individual Applicant's Documents list or all the documents list( Mian Applicant and Dependant's list together) coz PBS dependant forms are sent along with this main application
Eg :
A.Type of document#
Passports 1 / 3 (i.e, 1 Passport or 3 Passports here)
Marriage Certificate ( As my husband is also sudmitting my application form along with the main application,Shall we write 1 or none in the main application)
Birth Certificate (1 or leave blank as one more PBS dependant form for my daughter is being filed at the same time)
