Regarding ILR for HSMP to Tier1 extended people...!

Hello all,

Please I am not confusing arround.

I have been hearing that HO would be change the rules to get ILR/PR.

As per the current guidelines, we would need to be in UK for coninues 5years to get PR.

Any idea is it going to be changing at all..

Because, tired of this visa processing.....need to plan further...!

Hi VJ,

Any of these changes are premature now and as you know, people love exaggerating and creating conspiracy theories. Nothing has been announced officially but if you let me, i would give my opinion on what I read on the newspapers and all.

Like in the Tier 1 process, HO is planning to establish point based system on ILR and naturalization. So the social parazites that come this country somehow and survive with our taxes will not be able to get naturalization.

However since we, Tier 1 owners, already working, obeying the rules, paying our taxes and national insurance will be able to claim our points, achieve the requirements for ILR or naturalization and will be able to become British citizen after 6 years (5+1).
Let's hope things happen as I wish.

Thanks for that reply message.

I am really getting toomuch frustrated with all these things. Because I am already taken enough pain of all this..so if they start disturbing our HSMP-Tier1 extended people then have to think twice why we need to continue....!
