Change of College while in Tire 4

Post by Anthopogon » Wed Aug 12, 2009 3:55 pm

My nephew came to UK to study Professional Level through agent to a ABC(name changed) college this week. Now, when he went to college they replied him, they do not have professional level, if he wants to study Fundamental Level or another subject it is ok otherwise he can go back to his country & try for another college. He has already paid 3/4 of annual tuition fee. In this situation can he change college? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
