Will backlog papers be a problem ?

I got an unconditional offer from a univ in UK. I had sent only my degree transcript to the college as part of the application. I did not send the individual semester marksheets.

So for the visa application, should I give the individual semester marksheets? The problem with showing the marksheets is that I have lots of backlogs (which I cleared eventually).

Will my visa get rejected due to backlogs ?
