Received COA on 13 December 2008
A reminder latter send to HO (EEA2 Dept) on 27 June 2009
A complaint letter sends to NWRCSU 14 July 2008
Received Apologies letter from HO (EEA2 Dept) on 15 July 2009
Received Apologies letter from NWRCSU 17 July 2009
Resident card stamped on Passport 07 August 2009
Received my all documents along my Resident card on my Passport 13 August 2009
So after 9 months waiting I received my Resident card
I am very thanks ful to all of you and friends who help me in this matter specially

So my advice to all friends who are waiting for long time write polite
complaint latter to NWECSU, and for new applicant my advice is send as much additional documents so it make fast your case
