Please read dis determination no good news for those like me strugling on maintainance grounds.

I have read the case and basically i have gathered the follwoing.

1. She was arguing the case that she does not need to show £800 but for the last month with a closing balance of £800 because og IGS.
2. She did not appeal because of lack of maintenance requirement but argued that she does not have to show £800.

I guess it was a pretty much eay case as she did not have the money to show £800 and ofcourse the application will be refused.
