I'm afraid the presence of the child would give you no additional rights to remain here at all.

You can't just remove your daughter from the UK. You need to consult a solictor who specialises in family law for advice on your rights of somone who has a daughter with his ex-partner. Follow Vinny's link for information regarding your rights to remain for continued access.

Vinny's link is the one i was going to mention.

However, please note that one of the Child's parent has to be a British or has a settlement status for rule 248 to be effected.

This avenue will be a better one than the one you suggested on another thread.
