what evidence do we need to prove single for COA?

Post by tanveer930 » Fri Aug 21, 2009 12:13 pm

Hi friends
My COA application is almost ready but i am confused about the evidence the home office ask for to prove that we are free to get married.

Both me and my gf are single and never bin married before.

A quick response would be appreciated as i am about to submit mu COA application.

thanks

If you read that statement carefully, you will notice that you only need to provide that evidence if you have been married before.

If you haven't, you need not worry about it.

Also i sent you a PM about a non-related issue. Can you check it out please.

It would have been nice if you had just consolidated all you queries on one thread.

I was told sometimes back, that it takes about 3 months to process, but that might have changed now. Some people seem to be waiting longer to obtain it.
