Redundancy Help

Hi,

I am a Tier 1 visa holder and would like to know any forums etc. where I could get an adivse on redundancy......

Any suggestions!!!!!

Here is an advice....Start searching job as soon as you can so that you are no more redundant.

What exactly do you want to know about? Employee's rights/ pay-out etc.?

I have been working in the company for a year now. I was on work permit and switched to Tier1. I have been put on a consultation period and will start serving the notice period from 11 of september.

I do not know much about redundancy issue!!!!

Thats a statutory process a company has to follow before making its employees redundant. Prior to the consultation process they inform formally about the process, timelines and other opportunities within the Group.
