wife's passport needs to be stamped?

hi there..im a provincial nominee and my PR visa application is being processed in London CIC.I have undergone medical on 2 july 09 in london and my wife has undergone on 5 july 09 in Bangladesh.

Anybody has idea about exactly how long it will take to be finalized after medical done?
And if my application is successfull do i need my wife's passport aswell to be stamped?
Looking forward to hear from you guys
