ILR Query , How to prove absence from UK is within limits

Hi,

I have stayed for 5 years in UK under HSMP - working throughout.
I visited Swiss for 3 days last year.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
While entering Swiss(holiday) , Swiss ppl did not stamp my passport
While entering back UK Immigration Control (UK) stamped the entry date on my passport

So the situation is : because there is no exit date from UK,
it is not possible to PROVE that i was outside UK
only for 3 days using only the passport
However i have been getting salary and the bank statements mortgage statements prove that.

Can anyone tell me how do i handle this situation

how Home office calculate period stayed outside UK ?
so they check entry and exit stamps only ?

Even I am facing the same scenario i.e. was away to swiss on holiday for 4 days (last year) with no entry stamp on my passport by swiss officials. Only an entry stamp by UK immigration officials.

I was intending to furnish my flight tickets and hotel resevations to support this stay outside UK.

Anyone with similar experience and successully got ILR ?
