There should not be any problem to apply for extesnsion 5months early.. in my case i applied 4months early and i did not give or send any justification.. .only draw back is taht the renewal of ur current visa will start 2-3months early instead of Feb2010... for the next leg.. in my case my visa was abt to expire in april 09 but they gave my extension from mar 09.. so i mised 1month..

Early renewal of currect HSMP 2 Tier1

Post by gvijaygadde » Fri Aug 21, 2009 12:15 pm

Hi,

I had applied 4months earlier then my currect visa expiry date. I got my visa granted from the date to current expiry date to next 3 years.

So there is no issues at all to apply for early extentions HSMP to Tier1.

Cheers,VJ.

Trust everybody r soo lucky like u.. i was not for sure..

It is not necessary every caseworker gives decision in the same way.. So it better to be safe n informed than NOT..

Wat do u say?

Hi Ramesh( Guru....I can c how much experienced ur)

Unfortunately I need to disagree with you on this occasion.

Its not the case just with me, at lest 5 of my other friends had applied like me ( early application) and they received extension from the date of current visa expiry date. Rather I am last person in our batch who applied with this scenario...I may be correct.

But, I agree with ..it might not be same with every one....depends of LUCK, situation etc...

Cheers then,VJ
